FortiVoice Software/Firmware

To access the latest FortiVoice software/firmware for your phone system, you must have FortiCare. If you have FortiCare, go to support.fortinet.com, log in and follow the instructions below. If you don’t have FortiCare, you can purchase it from your reseller, or by calling us toll-free at 1-866-868-3678.

Downloading FortiVoice software for Enterprise systems

FVC-200D, 200DT, 2000E-T2 and VM

1. Your system must be registered to your FortiCare support account or you can’t access the software. To register, follow the steps below. If you have already registered, skip to step 2.

a. Visit support.fortinet.com and click the Sign Up button to create an account.

b. After creating the account, login at support.fortinet.com and select Register/Renew in the Asset menu.

c. Enter the FortiVoice serial number.

d. Enter a Product Description to identify the product. Click Next.

e. Scroll to the end of the Services Agreement and select Agree.

f. Select Complete Registration at the bottom of the confirmation page.

g. If further units are to be registered, click Register More. Otherwise click Finish.

2. Select Firmware Images from the Download menu.

3. In the Select Product pulldown menu, click FortiVoice Enterprise.

4. Click the Download tab.

5. In the list of Image Folders/Files, click the version you want.

6. Click through the folders of the build you want until you reach a list of files.

7. Click on the HTTPS link to the right of the desired file. 

 

Downloading FortiVoice software for SMB systems

FVC-40s, 40, 70, 70D4, 100 and 100T

1. Your system must be registered to your FortiCare support account or you can’t access the software. To register, follow the steps below. If you have already registered, skip to step 2.

a. Visit support.fortinet.com and click the Sign Up button to create an account.

b. After creating the account, login at support.fortinet.com and select Register/Renew in the Asset menu.

c. Enter the FortiVoice serial number.

d. For FVC-40S, 40, 70, 100 and 100T, enter the System ID. You can find your System ID on the About page of your FortiVoice management software. Click My System.

e. Enter a Product Description to identify the product. Click Next.

f. Scroll to the end of the Services Agreement and select Agree.

g. Select Complete Registration at the bottom of the confirmation page.

h. If further units are to be registered, click Register More. Otherwise click Finish.

2. Select Firmware Images from the Download menu.

3. In the Select Product pulldown menu, click FortiVoice.

4. Click the Download tab.

5. For the FVC-70D4:

a. In the list of Image Folders/Files, click the version you want.
b. Click through the folders of the build you want until you reach a .out file

   For the FVC-40S, 40, 70, 100 and 100T

a. Click the FortiVoiceManagementSW folder
b. Click the version you want.
c. Click on the build you want and click on the Installs folder to see the file that starts with FTNT.

6.    Click HTTPS or FTP.
